Buying Online
Buying an experience voucher online could not be easier or safer.
Just follow these simple steps:-
- Pick an experience:
Browse our website packed with high
quality, unforgettable experience days. When you see something
you would like to buy, click on the
button to go to the Order Form.
- Complete the order form:
Enter a short message to appear on the
voucher (e.g. Have a great time !), your name, address, email
and telephone number and details of the recipient if you would
like the voucher sent straight to them.
Then click on the Submit Order button.
- Check your order and pay:
Check the details you have entered are
correct and click on the Pay Now button to be
taken to our Payment Service Provider's secure server where you
will fill in your credit/debit card details.
(Note: We use Protx, a leading Payment Service Provider endorsed
by all the leading merchant banks. They use 128 bit encryption
to ensure your details do not fall into the wrong hands and check
your address and CV2 number - the 3 digit code on the back of
your card - to prevent fraudsters using stolen card details. In
addition, we check all orders and randomly contact customers to
carry out further checks.)
- Confirmation Email:
If your payment was successfully authorised you will receive a
confirmation email which provides your Order Number. Your voucher
will be despatched within 1 working day and should be with you
(or your lucky recipient) within 3-5 days.
Ordering By Phone
To help us process your order efficiently
we do encourage you (infact we're pleading with you !) to buy online
using our secure ordering system.
This enables us to devote more time to improving our range of experiences
and dealing with your orders. Of course if you prefer to order
by phone then we're more than happy to help - see our Contact
Details page for information on how to contact us.
Paying By Cheque
We regret we are no longer able to accept
payment by cheque.
This decision was made after much soul searching (we hate to put
obstacles in the way of anyone wanting to make a purchase !) but
as we were unable to despatch vouchers until cheques clear, adding
another 4 working days for your order to be processed, and the additional
administration involved in tracking payment into our account, we
have found this payment option to be impractical for both us and
our customers.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What will I receive ?
You (or your recipient) will receive
a voucher pack in a plain wrapper (so we don't give the game away)
containing:
- Your personalised voucher.
- Details of the experience day you have
purchased.
- A phone number to call to book a date.

Vouchers are valid for between 6 and 12 months from the date of
issue - check the relevent web page for details regarding your chosen
experience.
Note: The Voucher Pack shown above is for illustration purposes
only. Vouchers are despatched directly from our suppliers and presentation
varies.

What is the "Wish List" ?
If you are as mad about experience days as we are you will
want to try them all, so add the ones you most fancy to your Experience
Mad Wish List and we'll e-mail you whenever a special deal comes
up on a Wish List experience. You can also e-mail your Wish List
to your friends and families as a gentle hint of what to buy you
for your next birthday or at Christmas.

Through our network of suppliers we have access to a huge
range of activities, so if you can't see what you are looking for
just drop us an email and we'll see what we can do. Our suppliers
have years of experience in arranging a huge range of experiences
and dealing with group bookings.
By using a network of leading specialist experience day companies,
we can bring you the largest and most diverse collection of experiences
anywhere. Their teams regularly check out the experiences (it's
a tough job but someone has to do it), the suppliers and facilities
to help ensure your day goes without a hitch.
